Split Shipments While we strive to dispatch all items in your order together, product availability or size/weight constraints may require us to ship certain items separately. In such cases, we will notify you before dispatch.
Inspect Before Accepting If you notice any damage to the packaging or suspect that the device is not in good condition, please refuse delivery and contact our Customer Care immediately:

Invoice & GST Every package (including complimentary items, if any) is shipped with an invoice listing the product price and applicable GST, as required under Indian tax regulations.
2. Shipping Partners
We primarily ship via FedEx and Aramex (as available during checkout).
For remote locations or areas outside standard coverage, we can attempt India Post EMS Speed Post on special request. However, acceptance is subject to postal inspection, and we cannot guarantee timely pickup or delivery in such cases.
3. Shipping Time / Delivery Time
Fulfillment Timeline
We make our best effort to dispatch your order within 48hours (two business day) of receiving your order.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery
Most orders arrive within 2â5 business days anywhere in India.
Once your shipment is picked up, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
Delivery times may vary due to courier schedules, regional holidays, or logistical constraints. Please plan accordingly.
4. Guarantee / Warranty
Standard Warranty
All Acceldevice units come with a 6-month standard warranty (unless otherwise specified on the product page) against manufacturing defects.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
Exclusions
Warranty does not apply if the device has been subjected to:
Misuse, abuse, or neglect
Unauthorized modifications, soldering, or repairs
Improper installation (electrical polarity must be observed)
Physical damage (e.g., cracks, water ingress beyond design limits)
Reporting Defects
If you suspect a manufacturing defect, notify us within 7 days of delivery by raising a support ticket on our website or emailing acceldevice@gmail.com.
Provide photos/videos showing the defect and your order number. Our technical team will assess and guide you further.
Repair / Replacement
If the defect is verified, Acceldevice will replace or repair the unit at no extra cost, with shipping prepaid by us.
If no replacement stock is available, we will offer a 100% refund of the product price (excluding any shipping surcharges).
5. Refund & Replacement Policy
Eligibility Window
You have 2 days (48 hours) from the date of delivery to report shipping damage, part/missing components, or manufacturing defects.
Upon verifying your claim, we will issue an RMA number.
Pack the unit (with all original accessories, manuals, and packaging) and write the RMA number clearly on the shipping box.
Do not mark or write on the original product box itself.
Inspection & Outcome
Once we receive the returned unit, our technicians will inspect it.
If deemed defective under warranty terms, we will ship a replacement immediately (shipping prepaid).
If we cannot replace due to stock unavailability, we will process a full refund (product price only).
If the unit is found to be misused or outside warranty scope, we will inform you and ship the unit back (shipping at customerâs expense).
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 7â10 business days after we confirm the unit is eligible.
The refund will be credited back via the original payment method (net of any payment gateway charges, if applicable).
6. Order Cancellation
Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may request cancellation by emailing acceldevice@gmail.com. while your order status is still âPendingâ or âProcessing.â
If approved, we will refund 100% of the product price. Note: Payment gateway/ bank charges (â2â3%) may be deducted, as these fees are non-recoverable.
Cancellation After Dispatch
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may return per the standard Return Guidelines (see Section 7).
